Summary

For the area "Customer Service Eurofighter Radar" we are looking for an "In-Service Product Responsible Eurofighter Radar (f/m/d)" for our international service projects at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The area is responsible for establishing the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products as well as for the subsequent international customer support and product maintenance with corresponding high-quality service contracts. Service provision for the M-SCAN Eurofighter radar is an essential core task. The M-SCAN radar is fully in the military utilization phase. It is expected that the M-SCAN radar will remain in service with some nations for many years to come.

Your Tasks- Assumption of product responsibility for HENSOLDT products of the Eurofighter M-SCAN radar, which are in the service phase- Interface coordination internally as well as externally, nationally as well as internationally to ensure the serviceability of the products over the entire life cycle- Support and implementation of work packages in the area of life cycle support, as well as technical logistic support- Monitoring and reporting of the product status including derivation of measures- Responsibility for decisions regarding obsolescence- Preparation of strategic decision documents- Clarification of the feasibility of technical system approaches- Preparation of spare parts quotations and processing of the corresponding orders- Contact person for customers and partners regarding the product- Monitoring of the product and preparation of requirements based on changing customer requirements- Participation in international coordination meetings

Your Profile- Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering with sound technical knowledge or comparable- Several years of experience in project work- Experience in product maintenance advantageous- Experience in the integration of electronic assemblies advantageous- Knowledge in the field of electrical engineering- Ability to work in a team and to compromise, assertiveness, initiative- Business fluent in German and English
