Kannst Du Dir vorstellen ein deutschlandweites Vertriebsnetzwerk für den größten Elektrofahrzeughersteller der Welt aufzubauen? Dieses ständig weiterzuentwickeln und damit Teil einer Erfolgsgeschichte zu werden?
Aktuell betreibt BYD Deutschland ein Händlernetz bestehend aus sieben großen Handelspartnern mit mehreren Standorten. Ziel ist es die Netzdichte im Sales wie auch im Service kontinuierlich zu verbessern, um den innovativen Produkten BYDs einen echten Fußabdruck in Deutschland zu verschaffen.
**DA PACKST DU AN**:
- Du bist eine wichtige, strategische Schnittstelle in der Vertriebsorganisation BYD Deutschland und ein Hauptansprechpartner für die gesamte Händlerschaft
- Du planst, pflegst und erweiterst das BYD-Vertriebsnetz sowohl im Sales wie auch im Aftersales
- Beim Onboarding neuer Handelspartner übernimmst Du die operative Projektleitung
- Während der strategischen Integration neuer Handelskonzepte/-partner übernimmst Du die inhaltliche Koordination
- Gemeinsam mit der Händlerschaft etablierst Du bundesweite Retail Formate und deren Standards: Hierfür begleitest Du sowohl das Feintuning der Konzepte als auch die operative Umsetzung
- Im operativen Geschäft entwickelst Du zusammen mit unseren Händlern Professionalisierungsprogramme und entwickelst Auditierungen zur Beurteilung der Netzqualität
- Du bleibst am Ball: Du vereinbarst und verfolgst kontinuierlich die Händlerzielvereinbarungen und analysierst Margen, Konditionen und Wirtschaftlichkeit und leitest Optimierungspotentiale ab

- Du verkörperst eine optimale Kombination aus Konzeptions

- Du profitierst von einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzentwicklung Automobil
- Idealerweise kennst Du Automobilhandelsprozess im Sales sowie im Service wie Deine Westentasche
- Das Entwickeln von Wachstumsstrategien ist Dir sowohl inhaltlich wie auch methodisch geläufig
- Du kannst mit Zahlen umgehen und diese in wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen interpretieren und zur Steuerung von Performance nutzen
- Du bist sehr gut organisiert und kannst mit vielen Informationen gleichzeitig umgehen bzw. unterschiedlichste Stakeholder individuell betreuen und große Projekte leiten.
