**Your role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing thumbnails that capture the essence of each video and encourage clicks
- Use data and analytics to drive thumbnail design decisions and improve click-through-rates
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure that thumbnails align with the overall vision for the channel
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the finance and economics industry to design relevant and eye-catching thumbnails
- Use creative design techniques and software to develop unique and compelling thumbnail designs
- Continuously experiment and iterate on thumbnail designs to improve click-through-rates

**What you add to our crew**:

- Proven experience as a thumbnail designer, graphic designer, or similar role
- A portfolio that demonstrates an eye for design and creativity
- Excellent understanding of design principles and techniques, with a focus on creating thumbnails that maximize click-through-rates
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical skills to use data and analytics to drive thumbnail design decisions
- Knowledge of and interest in the finance and economics industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production timelines
- Flexibility to accommodate feedback and make revisions as needed
