Workplace Services Administrator

We are currently looking for a Workplace Services Administrator (M/F/d) to join our Integrated Facilities Management Team for one of the sites in Bochum.
**Your tasks**:
Connect and work closely with all key stakeholders at the site
Communicate issues, actions and results in real-time to the right stakeholder
Support on customer complaints
Ensure that contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of underperformance issues.
Develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service
Manage processing and controlling of purchase orders and invoices
Contact with all suppliers about invoices
Completing and compiling management reports in collaboration with site manager and finance manager
Back up servicedesk
Support with event requests
Support workplace services site lead in all HSSE related processes and structure
**Your profile**:
Approximately 5 years’ experience in a Facilities Admin position
Strong communication skills, teamwork, analysis, judgment and customer focus
Excellent PC skills, Excel, proficient in Microsoft office
A proven team player at ease with sleeves rolled up approach
Fluency in German and English essential
