Labcorp currently recruits a **Clinical Trial Assistant** to reinforce our sponsor-dedicated team in Munich.

This role is open to junior profiles, someone who has gained a first working experience as an assistant and who is motivated to grow their knowledge in clinical research and to join an exciting and supportive working environment.

**Responsibilities associated with this position**:

- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Collate, distribute/ship, and archive clinical documents
- Assist with eTMF reconciliation
- Updating manuals/documents (e.g., patient diaries, instructions)
- Document proper destruction of clinical supplies.
- Prepare Investigator trial file binders
- Obtain translations of documents
- Obtain, track and update study insurance certificates
- Maintenance of tracking tools
- Organize meetings (create & track study memos/letters/protocols)
- Support local investigator meetings (invitations, prepare materials, select venue, support vendor where applicable

**Experience requirements**:

- A first experience as an assistant in any field (clinical research is a plus, but not a requirement)
- A fluent level in German and very good level in English
- Very good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS office
- Ideally, expertise dealing with tasks linked to finance
