Credit Controller

To enhance the Credit Department at our headquarters in Rellingen near Hamburg we are looking for a

CREDIT CONTROLLER (M/F/X) ITALY

Your duties:
Accounts Receivable Accounting
- Booking of incoming payments
- Handling SEPA direct debit collections
- Account clarification and telephone dunning
- Monitoring of invoice distribution
- Issuing of account statements and reminders
- Direct communication with customers

Credit Control
- Decisions on release of sales orders under credit check
- Specification of credit limits
- Covering of risks via credit insurance
- Coordination of procedures with the Sales department

Collections
- Proactive agreement of payment plans and monitoring of such plans
- Transfer to debt collectors; monitoring of debt collection activities

Administration of Sales Contracts
- Issuing and maintaining of sales contracts and the associated data
- Compilation of contracts

Management of Customer Database
Project Work

Your profile:

- Completed commercial training
- Several years’ professional experience in the field of accounts receivable accounting in an international active company
- Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills, particularly MS Excel
- Pronounced ability to handle figures
- Flexibility and accuracy
- Strong communications skills and team spirit
