Bei TEAM LEWIS haben motivierte Schulabgänger:innen, Hochschulabsolvent:innen oder Quereinsteiger:innen die Möglichkeit, an einem globalen Campaign Training Programm teilzunehmen. Im Rahmen dieses internationalen Programms wirst du bei uns in Eindhoven dein Onboarding absolvieren. Du sammelst erste Berufserfahrung durch on the Job Training in verschiedenen Abteilungen, die von erfahrenen PR & Marketing Berater:innen betreut werden. Ebenfalls wirst du externe Zertifizierungen absolvieren. Du wirst an einigen der Kampagnen unserer preisgekrönten TEAM LEWIS Foundation mitarbeiten, die weltweit mehr als 1.000 von Mitarbeiter:innen geförderte gemeinnützige Projekte unterstützt hat.

**Zweck der Stelle**

Als Campaign Executive wirst du drei Monate intensiv lernen. Dies umfasst sowohl Schulungen (vor Ort in einem unserer drei Schulungszentren als auch deinem lokalen Office). Du wirst zudem ein klares Verständnis dafür entwickeln, wie man integrierte Kampagnen für wohltätige Zwecke entwickelt und durchführt, die dir am Herzen liegen. Diese Rolle erfordert eine proaktive Einstellung, eine schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen der Online-Community und des Teams sowie eine ständige Unterstützung des Teams.

Das Programm umfasst auch Einzel
- und Gruppenprojektaufgaben, um das Gelernte anzuwenden. Dies ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, mit internationalen Kolleg:innen aus der ganzen Welt zusammenzuarbeiten. Am Ende des dreimonatigen Programms gibt es die Möglichkeit für eine Traineeposition in Frage zu kommen.
