Die European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT) ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Deutsche Post DHL Group. Sie ist sowohl Flugzeugwartungsbetrieb als auch Frachtfluggesellschaft. Die Flotte der EAT Leipzig umfasst aktuell 36 Flugzeuge der Typen Airbus A300-600, Airbus A330-200 und Boeing 757. Gegenwärtig werden Flugziele in Europa, Afrika, Nordamerika und dem Nahen Osten angeflogen. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt zurzeit rund 1200 Mitarbeiter an seinen Standorten am Flughafen Leipzig / Halle und in Brüssel, sowie den Außenstationen Frankfurt, Köln und Kopenhagen.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
Der Long Term Planning Coordinator ist verantwortlich für die Planung und Steuerung von großen Wartungsereignissen, C- / B-Checks sowie den Wechsel von Großkomponenten nach Vorschriften der EASA sowohl für die EAT als auch für Vertragspartner.
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Fälligkeit von umfangreichen Wartungsereignissen mit Hilfe des Systems TRAX über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 5 Jahren
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und regelmäßige Verteilung eines Jahres
- sowie Vier-Monats-Wartungsplanes
- Fristgerechte Vorausplanung der Instandhaltung in Absprache mit den vertraglich vereinbarten Instandhaltungs-betrieben, dem NCG -Netzwerk und dem Operator
- Erstellung von Arbeitspaketen sowie die on Line Bereitstellung der Dokumentation für die Instandhaltungsbetriebe
- Zeitnahe Anpassung von bestehenden Arbeitspaketen im Fall von betrieblichen Anforderungen
- Erstellung von Listen für Ersatzteile, die für das Wartungs-ereignis erforderlich sind, sowie die Weiterleitung an die Logistik
- Rechtzeitige Koordination der Technical
- und Logistik-Representatives, um eine konstante Abdeckung aller Wartungsereignisse vor Ort zu gewährleisten
- Vorbereitung, Berechnung, Kontrolle und Anpassung des Jahresbudgets für geplante umfangreiche Instandhaltung B-/C-Checks sowohl für die EAT als auch für Vertragspartner in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung
- Pflege und Verteilung des Tagesberichtes der Langzeitplanung, der den aktuellen Wartungsfortschritt, das aktuelle geplante Enddatum sowie die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse bezüglich Beanstandungen und deren Auswirkung auf die nachfolgende Instandhaltungsplanung wiederspiegelt
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung von KPI's und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse mit Hilfe von „First Choice“ Methoden und Werkzeugen

**WAS SIE MITBRINGEN**:

- Graduierte Luft
- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbauingenieur oder ähnliche akkreditierte Erfahrung in der Flugzeugwartung oder Instandhaltungsplanung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt
- IT Tools (Microsoft Office), TRAX, AMOS, AIMS
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch und Deutsch
