**Über 1000 Kund**: innen in mehr als 30 Ländern nutzen unsere flexiblen Softwarelösungen (SaaS), um kulturelles Erbe zu erschließen und zu erhalten, das Tagesgeschäft abzuwickeln oder umweltrelevante Einrichtungen zu administrieren. Betreut werden sie dabei von unserem Unternehmenssitz in der Schweiz sowie von unseren Niederlassungen in Deutschland, USA, Spanien, Frankreich und unseren weltweiten Partner: innen.

Mitarbeiter Customer Service & Application Support

m/w/d, unbefristet, 80-100 %

Aufgaben
- Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört das selbständige Entgegennehmen und Dokumentieren, Verstehen und Reproduzieren sowie Dispatchen und Tracken von Support-Fällen vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Der Ausbau und die Pflege unserer Knowledge-Base sowie unserer Benutzerhandbücher gehören ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- In enger Abstimmung mit unseren internen Spezialist: innen wirst Du neue Features/Releases testen und die zugehörige Kundendokumentation/-information übernehmen sowie punktuelle (Online-)Benutzerschulungen durchführen.
- Die Mitarbeit an der stetigen Optimierung aller Support
- und Dokumentationstools wird zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören.

Qualifikation
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-technische Berufsausbildung, ein entsprechendes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare fundierte Qualifikationen.
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im IT-Support für Software-Produkte und technisches Grundverständnis für Webanwendungen, Datenbanken oder Programmierung, um Probleme identifizieren, verstehen und nachvollziehen zu können.
- Du besitzt eine effiziente und strukturierte Arbeits
- und Denkweise mit hoher pragmatischer Lösungsorientierung.
- Zu Deinen Stärken zählen Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie selbständiges Arbeiten und Freude am Lernen.
- Du kommunizierst fließend, effizient und klar in Deutsch und Englisch. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
