Summary
For the "Ground & Naval Systems" Area we are looking for a "Solutions Architect Hardware (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The "Ground & Naval Systems" Area is concerned with the product development of complete land and naval solutions in a military context.
Your Tasks- Provide technical leadership and coordination of systems and development engineers with a focus on complex mechatronic/optronic systems for Naval and Ground Based Systems.- Select, coordinate and specify based on customer requirements to self-contained subsystems to be undertaken by the interdisciplinary teams or external contractors- Create presentations for the customers and business units- Participate in customer meetings to present and represent complex interrelationships of the overall system in an understandable manner- Proactively/methodically develop solutions together with the interdisciplinary teams and partner companies, taking into account costs, quality and time
Your Profile- Completed studies in the field of systems engineering, mechatronics, optronics,, electrical engineering or similar- Sound experience in handling developments with and at customers and partners, also in an international environment- Several years of experience in systems engineering of technically complex systems and products- Very good knowledge in system design and related modeling/visualization- Strong methodological skills in solution and decision making, ideally supported by Six Sigma training (Green Belt, Black Belt)- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Willingness for Ü2 safety check- Business German and English skills
