Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.

Your Tasks

**Business Development **I **You support the development of our booming (2 GWh+) pipeline of projects (standalone battery storage and innovative hybrid storage/PV).

**Strategy Development** **I** With your ideas and initiative you actively contribute to shaping the company strategy and collaborate closely with your team on new strategic projects.

**Collaboration **I** You coordinate with internal stakeholders from other teams to deliver insights that are instrumental for the company’s growth.

**BESS Expert **I** With your expert knowledge of battery storage systems, you will become the team expert for the German battery storage market and regulations.

**Market Analysis **I** You stay up to date and regularly research market and regulatory trends and evaluate their implications.

**External Representation **I** You participate in sector conferences representing Pacifico.

Your Profile

**Completed Degree I** **You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably with a business or engineering focus (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Electrical/ Civil/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy).

**Working Experience I **You have a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience preferably in the energy sector, e.g. in a consultancy, project development firm, EPC, utility or similar.

**BESS Knowledge I** **Knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of energy storage and PV will be highly advantageous for you to succeed in this role.

**Communication Skills I **With your strong negotiation and communication skills, it is easy for you to approach different stakeholders fluently and confidently in both German and English.

**Enterpreneurial Mindset I **You are highly motivated to contribute to the promotion of the energy transition and work in a structured and solution-focused way. Moreover, you have high self-initiative and can think analytically.
