**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor & control production processes - both manual & automated
- Execute production plans with precision
- Ensure spot-on batch documentation
- Independent sampling & testing, GMP-compliant
- Keep equipment clean & operational
- Swiftly execute product changes
- Comply with quality, safety, & environmental standards
- Smooth shift handovers for seamless operations

**Qualifications**:

- Chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry training preferred - 2-5 years+
- Forklift license desirable
- Fluent in written & spoken German - minimum conversational
- Proven ability to work independently
- Familiarity with GMP standards
- Tech-savvy, with PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

**Salary**: 28,000.00€ - 31,000.00€ per year
