**HR Business Partner - Elternzeitvertretung (67%) (M/F/d)**
**Rolle und Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortung für einen Mitarbeiterkreis am Standort München und zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Personalfragen
- Beratung der Führungskräfte in allen strategischen Personalthemen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global HR Business Partner bei der Umsetzung der Personalstrategie
- Unterstützung der betreuten Bereichen bei der jährlichen Personal
- und Personalkostenplanung
- Koordination übergreifender HR-Aktivitäten und Projekte
- Verantwortung für den Onboarding-Prozess
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im HR Management
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner oder Personalreferent
- Fähigkeit, kooperative Beziehungen zu Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden sowie dem Betriebsrat aufzubauen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
