Quality Inspector

**Your mission**:

- Perform inspection on:

- Parts shipped from suppliers (Incoming Inspection).
- Parts manufactured by composite team.
- Parts assembled by production team.
- Parts reworked.
- Final Products.
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) together with Engineering department to approve parts before Start of Production (SOP).
- Update inspection check list (PQCs) based on Lessons Learned together with Industrialization department.
- Update Quality Standard Book based on Non-Conformities detected during manufacturing process.
- Perform Quality analysis on Non-Conforming parts (internal and from supplier) with the usage of 8D-Report.
- Provide statistics, aggregate data, and KPI on a continuous based (with the use of excel).
- Provide slide presentations to share quality results and analysis directly to board, managers and shopfloor meeting members (with the use of Power Point).
- Keep updated Instruments Calibration list.
- Keep updated Supplier Approved List.
- Keep Quality folder organized for a fast file research.
- Keep the Quality area conform to 5S principles.

**Your profile**:

- Technician with experience in quality fields (Standards, Methodology and appropriate Terminology).
- A keen sense of observation and attention to details.
- Knowledge and usage of Measurement Instruments.
- Knowledge of Metrology and Measurement Calibration.
- Understanding Technical Drawings.
- Knowledge of MS-Office tools (Team, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word).
- Expert with Excel functions and VBA macros (daily usage of Pivot table, external data connection).
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German.
- Knowledge of quality standards ISO9001, EN9100.
- Knowledge of audit process.
- Previous experience in aviation is a plus.
