**Team**:
In our Risk Controlling team, we are responsible for designing the system for quantifying and limiting risks (ICAAP & ILAAP), preparing risk related analyses and the risk report.

The risk controlling department supports Board of Directors in all risk policy related issues, in particular in the development and implementation of the risk strategy as well as in the design of a system for limiting risks; It supports the Board of Directors in the establishment and further development of risk management and controlling processes; It conducts the risk inventory and prepares the overall risk profile; The risk controlling department is responsibile of the ongoin

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You will work together with the Head of Risk Controlling and the other risk controllers and equally important in liaison with colleagues from the other departments to support the overall bank controlling.
- You will support the committees of the bank in their strategic decisions by means of portfolio analyses and reporting from a risk-oriented perspective.
- You will be actively involved in the risk data automation of the risk reporting as well as the overall bank management / risk controlling.

Your tasks include:

- Preparation, optimisation and further development of the analysis of the risk-bearing capacity and the risk inventory
- Regularly preparing the risk related analyses and reports for the Risk Committee and the Board of Directors
- Participation in bank wide projects such as new product processes (NPP) as representative of the risk controlling department
- Carrying out ad-hoc evaluations and data analyses
- Setting up and continuously developing our risk controlling systems
- Validation of risk parameters and models, assessment of the appropriateness of the models used
- Participation in the preparation of documentation

**Your Profile**:

- You have already gained relevant experience in risk controlling or in a comparable role in the financial industry, so that you are familiar with the regulatory landscape
- You have a very good understanding of numbers and an eye for the interrelationships in the risk and revenue management of banks
- You are strong with analytical skills and strategic thinking
- You are technically-minded and interested in new IT tools & solutions
- Naturally open-minded, outgoing, communicative, and outspoken
- Team player who knows how to set up projects in collaboration with other stakeholders
- English & German: fluent on a contractual level
