**Technical Focal Point User Help Desk EF (d/m/w)**:
Das Systemunterstützungszentrum Eurofighter (SUZ EF), eine Kooperation zwischen Airbus und der deutschen Luftwaffe am Airbus Standort Manching, leistet die operative technische und logistische Betreuung für die in Dienst gestellten Eurofighter. Die Bandbreite unserer Kompetenzen macht uns dabei zu einem universellen und einzigartigen Ansprechpartner für die Eurofighter Systembetreuung.

Im SUZ EF verantwortet der einstellende Bereich TASSC5-TL3 (User Help Desk) die Koordination der bestehenden In-Service-Prozesse zur Betreuung des Waffensystems Eurofighter. In engem Kontakt mit der Deutschen Luftwaffe sowie zu allen Eurofighter Nutzer-Nationen suchen wir ganzheitliche Lösungen für die Kunden und setzen diese um. Dies erfordert technische Expertise, Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln.

In Ihrer Aufgabe nehmen Sie die Rolle des technischen Focal Point im Contract #1 (C#1) sowie für die Export-Verträge wahr. Sie koordinieren die Supportanfragen zu Komponenten des Waffensystems Eurofighter, für die Airbus Defence & Space Deutschland die System bzw. Equipment Design Responsibility (SDR/EDR) trägt.

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Annahme, Prüfung und Betreuung von technischen Anfragen aus dem internationalen (und nationalen) Kundenbereich sowie nachfolgende technische Bewertung und Freigabe von Lösungen von Airbus Defence & Space für die internationalen Partner.
- Koordinierung der Bearbeitung der Anfragen mit den Fachbereichen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der KPIs.
- Leisten von technischer Zuarbeit in zentralen Gremien von Airbus Defence & Space (z.B. Flight Safety) oder interdisziplinären Prozessen (z.B. Technical Instructions).
- Einführung und Betreuung von Data-Driven Services im SUZ EF sowie Einführung und Ausbau eines KPI-Systems für diese Services.
- Kommunikation mit den Kundenvertretern sowie den internationalen Service-Instanzen (u.a. IWSSC).

**Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurswesen/ Luft
- und Raumfahrttechnik)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im In-Service-Support, Eurofighter spezifisch wünschenswert und von Vorteil
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse von In-Service-Support-Toolsets insbesondere im Bereich der militärischen Luftfahrt
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie proaktives und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute sprachliche Ausdrucksweise
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
