**Stellenbeschreibung**
Entwickeln Sie Ihr Fachwissen weiter und verstärken Sie unser Team als **Global Analytical Strategy & Operations (all genders) - Specialist, Outsourcing (unbefristet / Vollzeit)**

Das bedeutet:

- Verantwortlich für den zeitgerechten globalen Versand analytischer Muster
- Koordination des Wareneingangs analytischer Muster sowie deren Bewertung und Zwischenlagerung.
- Zusammenarbeit in globalen Teams und Kooperation mit internen und externen Partnern
- Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehung zu Dienstleistern (Lohnlabore) und Vertretung der Interessen von AbbVie bei externalisierten Entwicklungsprojekten
- Koordination analytischer Entwicklungsarbeiten, die an Dienstleister vergeben werden
- Einholen und Bewertung von Angeboten, sowie Unterstützung bei der Vertragserstellung
- Planung, Terminierung und Überwachung der Aktivitäten in den vorgegeben Projektzeitlinien in Absprache mit den Projektgruppen und Dienstleistern
- Mitarbeit bei der Bewertung bestehender Dienstleister sowie der Identifikation und Qualifizierung von neuen externen Partnern
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Ablage GMP-konformer Dokumente und Überprüfung der analytischen Daten des Dienstleisters
- Priorisierung von Arbeitspaketen sowie das Vorantreiben von standardisierten, GMP konformen und effektiven Outsourcing Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Einhaltung des Budgetrahmens für die betreuten Projekte

**Qualifikationen** So machen Sie einen Unterschied**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Chemie, Pharmazie, Biologie, Medizin oder verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengängen, Promotion oder Master mit mind. 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einem GMP regulierten Umfeld oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Selbständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auch in globalen Teams
