**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a **Station Supervisor** who will be Coordinating on the day-to-day operational activities and processes at assigned local airport(s) as directed, ensuring customer needs are being effectively catered to.

Represent Unilode Aviation Solutions towards customers and stakeholders in the assigned station.

To organize the workshop as to meet production targets within the bounds of the company certification and health and safety regulations.

The position is based in Raunheim/Frankfurt

The **Station Supervisor'**s key responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

- Identify, develop and implement procedures to meet production, quality and safety objectives.
- Coordinate with Station Manager to achieve company needs
- Monitors and adjusts schedule to respond to internal production requirements
- Per assigned shift, manage labor hours per work package for accuracy and efficiency.
- On assigned shift, execute and maintain schedule through ULD repairs and follow-up. Monitor and oversee workflow to ensure work package is on schedule and within budget, including shop floor efficiency. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Repair Station / Quality Manual and Site Operating Procedures.
- Perform continuous process improvement activities aimed at improving safety, efficiency, quality and costs.
- Responsible for enforcing company policies of conduct and safety and initiates disciplinary action when necessary
- Responsible for the overall talent management of the repair department including training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems, using the station Daily Management Tool.
- Return to Service components that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing the Unilode company system based on customer authorized documentation ( CMM / IPL )
- Keeps accurate, neat and legible records of the work performed on aircraft/components.
- Coordinates throughout assigned jobs with staff to ensure accurate repair records are produced in Unilode repair systems
- Assists the Station Manager in audits.
- Mentors technicians on effective documentation usage as well as usage of Unilode work card systems.
- Performs other related duties as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- 2 years aircraft structural experience preferred.
- Previous experience with basic MRO / Airline / Aviation concepts and components
- Familiar with EASA Parts 145 regulations as well as basic knowledge of FAA regulations
- Working knowledge of ULD maintenance inspection / repairs
- Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments
- Customer service skills necessary to modify communication, tone, and presentation to defuse crisis situations with internal and external customers and maintain mutually beneficial customer relations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop people and build a strong team
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Training skills necessary to provide employee training
- Previous Lean Management experience desired.
- Planning and organization skills necessary to plan, prioritize and coordinate workload of assigned employees.
- Computer skills necessary to learn and / or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database,
- The Supervisor may occasionally be asked to step in as forklift driver.
- Shiftwork may be required.

**Specialized Knowledge or Abilities**:

- English Language: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively in Skype calls with customers as well as internal company calls.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reasoning Abilities: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
