The Mediadesign University has been successfully active on the market at 3 locations in Germany (Berlin, Düsseldorf, Munich) for over 35 years and efficiently combines practice and university teaching. - Degree in Economics or an equivalent degree
- Professional experience in the B2B and B2C sector and in the education sector, in particular colleges and universities
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good language skills in English, further language skills are an advantage
- very good teamwork and communication skills
- Openness to new developments and creativity

**Aufgabenbereich**

Als Assistenz der Direktion für die Akquise internationaler Studierender bist du in Vertriebs
- und Marketingaktivitäten involviert und unterstützt die Hochschule in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partneragenturen und der Hochschulverwaltung bei der Akquise (online, auf Messen, und via Text) und Bearbeitung neuer Bewerbungen.

Du begleitest und berätst potentielle Studierende auf ihrem Weg in ein Studium an der Mediadesign Hochschule und unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung bei der Erschließung neuer Akquisemethoden und neuer Märkte. Dein gutes Gespür für Trends und Marktentwicklung hilft dir dabei gewinnbringende Strategien für die internationale Studierendenakquise zu entwickeln und umsetzen. Du gehst offen, kommunikationsstark, freundlich und engagiert auf Menschen zu und verstehst es verschiedene Zielgruppen für die Mediadesign Hochschule zu gewinnen.

**Einstellungsvoraussetzungen**
- abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss
- Berufserfahrung im B2B und B2C-Bereich und im Bildungssektor insbesondere Hochschule und Universitäten
- gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, weitere Sprachkenntnis von Vorteil
- sehr gute Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Offenheit für neue Entwicklungen und Kreativität
