Wir setzen gemeinsam die Maßstäbe von morgen - deine Aufgaben
- Sei in dieser verantwortungsvollen Position die zentrale Instanz, um die Informationssicherheitsstrategie der Fielmann Group AG international zu gestalten
- In der Rolle bist du Teil des Senior Managements und im direkten Austausch mit dem Vorstand der Fielmann Group AG
- Agiere als disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Informationssicherheit in der Zentrale in Hamburg
- Entwickle die Sicherheitsstrategie der Fielmann Group AG weiter
- Stelle den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des ISMS auf Basis von ISO/IEC 27001 sicher
- Verantworte die Koordination der Incident-Response-Prozesse
- Entwickle die vorhandenen Capabilities in den Bereichen Information Security Management, Security Operations und Application Security weiter

Du begeisterst uns - dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise als ISO oder CISO
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in gängigen Sicherheits-Standards wie ISO/IEC 27001, vor allem in der Anwendung dieser Standards, um das Sicherheitsniveau eines Unternehmens messbar zu verbessern
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis sowie Analyse von komplexen sowie technischen Sachverhalten
- Fähigkeit sich in neue bzw. unbekannte Technologien einzuarbeiten und gezielt Fachexperten einzusetzen, um übergreifende Ziele zu erreichen
- Idealerweise einschlägige Zertifizierungen (CISM, CISA, CISSP) und/oder eine Promotion
- Fähigkeit, in Stresssituationen die Ruhe zu bewahren und exzellente Arbeitsergebnisse zu erzielen
- Exzellente Führungsqualitäten mit dem Fokus auf eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit im Team und der Weiterentwicklung der einzelnen Teammitglieder
- Souveräne Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
