Brand Marketing Lead Extremities

**What you will do**:
The Brand Marketing Lead has an advanced level of responsibility and is normally looking to become a specialist within either Education or Brand.
This role would generally focus on one of these areas although the role could be broader and cover many elements of Marketing.
- Provide support to Brand/Education/Marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
- Develop, drive and has ownership in central and local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results
- Perform sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations or publicity
- Gather internal and external market insights, learning trends etc for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders
- May develop and execute education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps and driving new product launches
- Develop sales tools, customer engagement programs, events and drives marketing campaign execution (central role)
- With support from Manager, allocate and manage the budget in alignment with strategic priorities
- May provide direct sales support in the field
**We are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred MBA
- 3+ years of work experience in medical device marketing
- Fluent in German (local) and English
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Valid driving licence, class B
