**Head of Operations Solar Germany and France (m/w/d)**:

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem Team, in dem Sie die Entwicklung unseres Solarportfolios in Deutschland und Frankreich über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit verantworten, gemeinsam mit den von Ihnen geführten Teams eine maximale Projektrendite der betreuten Parks erwirtschaften, Ihren Bereich strategisch ausbauen und weiterentwickeln und dabei die Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse immer im Blick behalten - stets im engen Austausch mit anderen Fachbereichen.

**Ihre sonnigen Aussichten**:

- Leitung der Operations Teams Deutschland (4 FTE) und Frankreich (2 FTE)
- Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für das Solarportfolio der Encavis AG in Deutschland und Frankreich
- Übernahme der Geschäftsführerrolle der Solarparkgesellschaften
- Führung und persönliche wie auch fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für das Budget des Profit Centers
- Beitrag zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Operations-Bereichs
- Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung aller notwendigen Informations
- und Datenflüsse
- Stetige Verbesserung und Vereinheitlichung interner Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereichsleiter und den weiteren Heads
- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der Solarexpertise der Encavis-Gruppe
- Aktive Rolle / Impulsgeber im Führungskräftekreis der Encavis-Gruppe
- Verantwortung für den rechtssicheren Betrieb der Anlagen sowie die kaufmännische und technische Betreuung der Solarparks bei optimaler Steuerung externer technischer und kaufmännischer Dienstleister
- Langfristige Maximierung der Ergebnisbeiträge und jährlichen Ausschüttungen der Projekte u.a. durch vertragliche, technische und kaufmännische Optimierungen
- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der Bestandsportfolien sowie Generierung von Business Leads
- Repräsentation des Fachbereichs auf Fachkongressen, Verbänden und Messen

**Davon bekommen wir bald Wind**:

- Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums, auch gern im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder Wirtschaftsrecht
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Asset Management/Project Management, idealerweise im Bereich der Energiewirtschaft/erneuerbaren Energien
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und der Leitung von Teams
- Local Gaap-Kenntnisse (Deutschland)/Kenntnisse der Buchhaltungsprozesse inkl. des Verständnisses von Bilanzen
- Routiniert im Einsatz mit modernen Controllinginstrumenten und IT-Systemen
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; über weitere Fremdsprachen, idealerweise Französisch, freuen wir uns
- Überzeugend und gleichzeitig feinfühlig im Umgang mit Vorgesetzten, Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie Mitarbeitenden
- Offen für abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
