Internal Auditor

Internal Audit supports the Group Management Board in its governance responsibilities by providing independent and objective auditing and advisory services aimed at creating added value and improving business processes. It supports the organization in achieving its objectives by using a systematic and targeted approach to assess the effectiveness of risk management, controls and management and monitoring processes and to help improve them.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for independently performing audit topics and consulting services using data analysis tools based on the audit plan
- You will present your audit findings to management in the closing meetings
- You agree on appropriate and feasible measures to eliminate deficiencies identified and to improve structures and processes and follow these up
- You develop recommendations for practicable and economical measures with regard to process optimization and risk management
- You will also prepare working papers and audit reports in English and German
- You will also be responsible for the continuous development of auditing within the team, including audit methods

**Professional competencies**:

- You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree in business informatics/sciences, industrial engineering or a comparable degree/qualification
- You have initial professional experience in the field of audit / internal audit, ideally in internationally oriented industrial companies or well-known audit firms
- You are confident in using MS Office, including MS Teams, as well as SAP
- You have experience in the field of data analysis using appropriate tools
- You have a very good command of English and German. Ideally, you have further foreign language skills

- You are confident in your appearance and in communicating in an international environment at management level and have a high level of cultural and social competence
- You have the ability to present complex issues in a structured, concise and precise manner, both in the preparation of audit reports and in the presentation of results
- You are willing to travel nationally and internationally
