Als Head of Projects trägst du zur Erfolgsstory bei Dein Know-how in der Struktur und Leitung von Data Science Kundenprojekten hilft dabei in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektteams individuelle Lösungen gewinnbringend bei Kunden einzusetzen. Auch wenn unsere SaaS KI-Lösungen Ready for Deployment sind, braucht es bei unseren Kunden Unterstützung in der Projektumsetzung und bei der Ausgestaltung der langfristigen Customer Journey.

**DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH**:

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Data-Science-Projekte und bereitest den optimalen Einsatz unserer Software beim Kunden vor
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Onboarding und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Data Science Expertenteams
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für den Kunden bei Fragen während der gesamten Product-Onboarding-Phase und darüber hinaus
- Du steuerst und koordinierst das Projektgeschäft, inkl. Kapazitäten, Auslastung und Controlling
- Du bist das Sprachrohr unserer Kunden: Dein kontinuierlicher Input fließt direkt in die Produktentwicklung ein und verbessert unsere Lösungen fortlaufend
- Du beantwortest typische Anwenderfragen mit Freude und fungierst als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Teams
- Du identifizierst Potentiale im Cross
- und Up-Selling und teilst diese mit dem Produkt

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einen Vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-, Data Science oder SCM-Projektbereich mit direktem Kundenkontakt und/oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus einer Strategie-/Managementberatung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Leitung von Data-Science Projekten
- Du bist geübt im Umgang mit erfahrenen Stakeholdern auf Kundenseite und bist sicher darin professionelle Projektpräsentationen zu erstellen und mit Impact vorzutragen
- Du hast Spaß daran, ein tolles Kundenerlebnis bei Onboarding/Implementierung, Support und Wartung unserer Software zu schaffen
- Du verstehst die Probleme unserer Kunden und findest die passenden Lösungen dafür
- Du hast eine hohe technische Affinität, gute analytische Fähigkeiten und es fällt Dir leicht, dich in neue Software einzuarbeiten
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits in einem SaaS-Unternehmen im Bereich Customer Success gearbeitet
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
