Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, maximizing the value delivered by the development team, and ensuring that the product aligns with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive the product development process from concept to release.

Sneak preview of your future tasks
- Define and manage user stories, prioritize backlog, and lead sprint planning.
- Coordinate software integrations, resolve conflicts, and manage milestones.
- Maximize customer value by ensuring feature delivery.
- Align with stakeholders, especially the Function Owner, on requirements and tests.
- Approve deviations from the Definition of Done and ensure quality standards.
- Provide regular status reports, classify and prioritize issues for root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach to product development, resulting in intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Your Profile

Education:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification.

Experience
- 4+ years of Experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Complete project life cycle experience, including operations.
- Proficiency in QA and test processes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and automotive domain constraints (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ASIL), along - with domain expertise in embedded automotive functions.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, e.g: C, C++, Python, Java, Go/\.

- Strong understanding of customer needs and flexibility to travel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in challenging situations.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance, and resilience

Nice to have:

- Experience with Open Source.
- Certified SAFe PO/PM or comparable.

Language skills:

- Proficiency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
