Aufgaben
- Aufnahme, Bearbeitung und Lösungsfindung von IT-Störungen und Problemen im First und Second Level
- Online
- und Telefon-Support für alle IT Belange sowie die Beratung der Anwender hinsichtlich IT relevanter Fragestellungen
- Installation von Hardware und Software, Einrichtung und Konfiguration von PC Arbeitsplätzen sowie mobilen Endgeräten (Apple iOS)
- Primäre Verantwortung für das Management der Mobilfunkverträge, der SIM Karten und mobilen Endgeräte
Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-spezifische Berufsausbildung z.B zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) etc.
- Darüber hinaus können Sie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorweisen, idealerweise einschlägig im IT-Bereich.
- Zudem bringen Sie vorzugsweise bereits Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Active Directory und Microsoft 365 mit und verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Windows, MS Office.
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sollten ebenfalls zu Ihrem Portfolio gehören.
