Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?
Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um bestehende Planungslösungen, Tabellenkalkulationen und geschäftliche Herausforderungen in anspruchsvolle, multidimensionale Modelle zu transformieren
Erhebung, Dokumentation und Verfeinerung von Unternehmensanforderungen
Entwurf und Entwicklung technologischer Lösungen basierend auf den festgelegten Anforderungen
Schulung der Kunden und Begleitung während der Implementierungsphase
Teilnahme an der UAT-Phase (User Acceptance Testing) von Projekten
Sicherstellung der Datenintegration zwischen Quellsystemen und Migrationslösungen (Konnektoren und APIs)
Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen den Kundeninteressengruppen und dem Produktteam, um die Entwicklung der bestmöglichen Planungsplattform zu gewährleisten
Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Projektqualität bei Partnern, um eine reibungslose und qualitativ hochwertige Implementierung der neuen Planungssysteme zu gewährleisten
Welches Profil bringst du mit?
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Ein Masterabschluss ist von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Enterprise Performance Management-Software, idealerweise in einer Beratungs
- oder Entwicklerrolle
Fähigkeit, große Mengen unstrukturierter Daten zu strukturieren und zu validieren
Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft, insbesondere in neuen Bereichen: Wir arbeiten mit einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Kunden und Branchen
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und dabei Empathie und Engagement zu zeigen
Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln in einem dynamischen und sich schnell entwickelnden Umfeld
Flexibilität im Umgang mit einem sich stetig wandelnden Produkt und strategisches Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden
Selbstständigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Ziele in einem unternehmerischen Umfeld mit mínimaler Aufsicht zu erreichen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
