**Your location**:
Located about an hour’s drive north of Munich, Manching is an up-and-coming market town that offers a wide range of leisure and cultural activities. Here, you can enjoy the quality of life in the countryside while the pleasures of near-by cities are still within easy reach.

***Your main tasks and responsibilities will include**:

- **Business partnering**:Focal point for Procurement, Supply Chain and Transport & Logistic departments in Manching and program for questions related to finance
- **Functional cost base**:Owner of the functional cost base controlling and management for the full procurement organization of the entity in your scope
- **Controlling and analysis**:Responsible for the cost centre controlling activities including monthly closing activities, Actuals/Budget comparisons, ensuring correct cost allocation and funding model as well as validation of expenses. Definition, proposition and implementation of measures to minimize P&L contribution. Focal point of responsibility towards the price audit team for questions related to procurement in Manching and presenting specific topic to the customer.
- **Planning activities**:In coordination with the procurement function, programs and human resources, responsible for establishing the operative planning (OP)
- **Reporting**:Responsible for the preparation of regular reports (variance analysis on OPEX, CAPEX, cost recovery, productivity, etc.) to various stakeholders such as Procurement function and Finance, including commenting on KPIs in light of business events, as well as ad-hoc analyses.
- Support for harmonization, standardization and process improvements, aiming at increasing efficiency of the department, in alignment with procurement and program lines.

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent
- Deep experience in activities controlling, accounting or a related aera which have allowed you to acquire sound skills and knowledge of Finance and budgetary controlling
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft office and Google workspace
- Proactive and autonomous
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving approach
- Experience of working in a matrix environment with proven record of successful stakeholder management
- Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks
