- Selbständige Akquise und Betreuung von Neukunden in den Bereichen Corporate, Leisure und MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebs
- und Marketingstrategien online und offline in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regional Sales Team und Brand Partnern
- Organisation und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Verkaufsförderung
- Berichterstattung und Überwachung der Verkaufsaktivitäten
- Planung und Abschluss von internationalen Rahmenabkommen
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Verkaufsaktivitäten wie Telefonmarketing und nationalen Kundenbesuchen und Hausführungen
- Repräsentation des Hotels bei Fachmessen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Key Account Management für regionale Bestandskunden
- Koordination und Betreuung eigener Projekte im Veranstaltungswesen
- Mitwirkung bei der Budget
- und Forecast-Erstellung

- Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position in der Luxushotellerie
- Hohes Verantwortungs

- Hervorragendes Verhandlungsgeschick mit Überzeugungskraft
