Als Financial Controller / Senior Accountant verantworten Sie die Koordination und Steuerung des Finanz
- und Rechnungswesens am Standort in Berlin. Sie wirken an übergreifenden Projekten innerhalb der LGC Group mit und stehen im engen Austausch mit dem Axolabs Finance Team in Großbritannien sowie diversen Schnittstellen innerhalb der LGC Group. Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Finanzprozesse der Axolabs Berlin GmbH
- Erstellen von Business Plannings, Forecasts, Budgetierung und Reports
- Verfassen von Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management vor Ort, den internen Finanz
- und Steuerteams in Deutschland und Großbritannien sowie Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Cashflow-Management und Verfolgung, Kontrolle und Berichterstattung von Projektausgaben
- Beantragung von staatlichen Zuschüssen
- Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten wie die ERP-Einführung und Übernahme von zusätzlichen Aufgaben im Zuge der operativen Weiterentwicklung der Position
Qualifikation
- Qualifizierte: r Buchhalter: in, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen und in der Biotechnologie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Projekt
- und Produktionsbuchhaltung
- „Hands-On“-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, sowohl unabhängig als auch als Teil eines größeren globalen Finanzteams zu arbeiten
- Kompetenz, effektiv und souverän auf allen Ebenen innerhalb der Organisation als auch mit externen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren und diese für sich zu gewinnen
- Hohes Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau)
