**Einfluss nehmen**:
Als Lead Data Science & AI (DS&AI) Solutions werden Sie Teil des Data Insights, Data Science & AI Teams (DISA) und übernehmen die Führungsrolle für eine Schlüsselfunktion. Das DS&AI Solution Team hat sich der Mission verschrieben modernste Analyse-Methoden, Data Science & AI (DS&AI) effektiv zu nutzen, um nicht nur führend in unseren Therapiegebieten zu sein, sondern auch die Gesundheitslandschaft nachhaltig zu verändern und die Gesundheit von Menschen umfassend zu verbessern. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die enge crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Commercial, Medizin, sowie Pricing & Market Access, Governmental, Payer und Patient Affairs, um einfache bis komplexe Daten
- und DS&AI Solutions zu identifizieren und zu entwickeln. Sie führen ein Team von internen und externen Daten, sowie DS&AI Experten in einem agilen Setup über alle Brands und Indikationen von AstraZeneca hinweg zur Excellence und treiben den Wandel in den Dimensionen Teammanagement, Prozesse, Tools und DS&AI Solutions, insbesondere:

- Seien Sie ein Visionär im Bereich Commercial & Real World Daten (RWD)
- Nutzung, sowie DS&AI, der die Transformation und den Aufbau neuer Fähigkeiten und Solutions im Bereich DS&AI & RWD vorantreibt. Begeistern Sie mit Impact den Daten(analytik) und DS&AI für Patient:innen und das Business bringt.
- Bauen und führen Sie agil crossfunktional und global Teams (inkl. Offshore) zur Entwicklung und Betrieb von Commercial & RWD Solutions:

- Ausbau von Advanced Analytik
- und DS&AI Lösungen, die unsere Business Excellence und Omnichannel-Ambitionen realisieren und evaluieren. Dazu gehören u.a. Analysen zu Promotional Mix, Recommender Modelle, Next Best Action, A/B Testing und Advanced Segmentation & Targeting.
- Entwicklung von Dashboards, Analytik und Machine Learning (ML)-Modellen zur Versorgungsforschung: Unmet Need, Patientenpfade, Evidence-basierte Medizin mit Real World Daten, sowie klinischen Studiendaten.
- Entwicklung von prädiktiven ML-Modellen im Zusammenhang mit dem Krankheitsverlauf von Patienten, unerwünschten Ereignissen und anderen Patientenoutcomes.
- Die Produkte können sowohl die eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung im Team als auch Integration spezialisierter Ansätze in den Bereichen Klassifikation, Regression, Clustering, NLP/LLM, Bildanalyse, Deep Learning, Knowledge-Graphs und/oder anderer fortgeschrittener Techniken mit multimodalen Daten bedingen.
- Ausbau und Steuerung von industriellen, akademischen oder anderen Real World Data-Partnerschaften.
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Globalen AstraZeneca DS&AI-Community zur Sicherstellung, dass Best-Practice Ansätze entwickelt und implementiert werden.
- Coaching, Mentoring, Guidance, Motivation und Inspiration der Teams
- Erhaltung und weiterer Ausbau eines Arbeitsumfelds, in dem Excellence und Innovation im Mittelpunkt stehen.
- Sicherstellung, dass die im Team geleistete Arbeit effizient, bestmöglich über die Brands
- und Indikationen hinweg synchronisiert und skalierbar ist, sowie in hoher Qualität erfolgt.
- Prozessteuerung, Qualitätssicherung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Policies und SOP‘s zu Data-, DS&AI.
- Umsetzung der für den Aufgabenbereich relevanten Datenschutzanforderungen im Sinne der DSGVO.

**Stärken beweisen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Gesundheitsökonomie, Mathematik/Statistik, Operations Research, Betriebswirtschaft, Data Science oder vergleichbare langjährige Berufserfahrung
- 5+ Jahre Führungserfahrung, gepaart mit hoher Motivation für den Aufbau von high-performing agile Teams in einer Matri
