**What you can expect from us**:
As part of your internship, you will get to know the various areas of a Business Controlling department in a DAX40 company as well as the financial and economic integration into the operational divisions - and actively support them. You will gain an insight into financial analysis, forecasting, planning and financial modeling.

**What your responsibilities will be**:

- You support the annual budgeting process for sales, costs and personnel
- You calculate the profitability of new product developments in R&D
- You work on the monthly forecasting process for sales, costs and install base
- You maintain product reports for QIAGEN's key growth drivers
- You support the sales controlling department with the quarterly commission settlement

**What you bring**:

- You have completed the first semester of your Bachelor's or Master's degree or are in a GAP year
- You love numbers, are fascinated by modern technology and follow global economic developments and capital market trends
- You show above-average initiative, work independently and are also a real team player
- Your way of thinking is analytical, you can familiarize yourself independently with new topics and contribute your own ideas
- You like to communicate well - in both German and English
