**Rollenbeschreibung**:
Zur Verstärkung unseres global tätigen Halbleiterteams an einem unserer Standorte in Deutschland suchen wir Sie als Program Director (w/m/d).

**Rollenverantwortung**:
Als Program Director übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Arcadis Halbleiterprojekten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

- Vorantreiben des Programmplans unter Berücksichtigung von Umfang, Anforderungsmanagement, Risiko, Erfolgskriterien, Zeitplanmanagement, Ressourcen, Qualität, Systemen und Budget
- Entwicklung, Optimierung und Anpassung der Programminfrastruktur
- Erfassung und Bereitstellung von aktuellen Programminformationen und Messung und Bewertung des Projektfortschrittes durch geeignete Kennzahlen
- Implementierung von Strukturanforderungen sowie Pflege und Verwaltung von Programmindikatoren
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kund*innen und Betrieb sowie Aufbau von Allianzen mit anderen Abteilungen und Organisationen
- Verantwortung für das Stakeholder-Management einschließlich der Koordinierung und Leitung von abteilungs
- oder funktions
- bzw. organisationsübergreifenden Teams
- Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie mit externen Kund*innen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Drittanbietern und Handwerksbetrieben

**Qualifikationen & Erfahrung**:
In erster Linie teilen Sie unsere Leidenschaft für die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität und für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund*innen. Sie sind stolz auf die Rolle, die Sie bei der Umgestaltung der Welt um Sie herum spielen, und verstehen die Bedeutung von Teamarbeit. Zudem bringen Sie mit:

- Mindestens 15 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Leitung multidisziplinärer Teams im Halbleiterbereich
- Kenntnisse der deutschen Bauindustrie sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Großprojekten in der Halbleiterbranche mit einem Volumen von über 400 Millionen Euro erforderlich
- Erfahrener Senior Program Manager mit starkem Kund*innennetzwerk
- Schlagkräftige Erfahrung in einer großen Projektmanagement
- / Ingenieurorganisation
- Ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität mit dem stetigen Ziel, Projekte voranzutreiben, zu optimieren und zu rationalisieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft
