**HSSE Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting risk assessments
- Creating operating instructions
- Verifying qualifications and compiling training materials
- Conducting emergency drills
- Advising colleagues and management on occupational safety
- Supporting teams in HSSE during construction and operational phases
- Assisting in the performance monitoring of service providers
- Implementing legal and internal occupational safety requirements
- Continuous improvement of internal and external processes

**Your profile**:

- University or equivalent education (technician, master) in occupational, environmental, or health protection
- Qualification as a safety specialist is desirable, preferably also SiGeKo or fire safety officer
- Knowledge in the construction industry or fields like medicine, emergency services, firefighting, or similar is desirable
- Willingness to travel within Germany, occasionally to European countries (driver's license required)
- Good team and communication skills
- Independent and self-motivated work style
- Excellent German language skills
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written
