Innerhalb des Bereichs Supply Chain Management befasst sich die Abteilung Metadata Management insbesondere mit der Eingabe und Pflege unserer Repertoiredatenbank in Bezug auf Informationen zu physischen und digitalen Audio
- sowie Videoveröffentlichungen.
Du möchtest Teil unseres Teams werden? Dann werde unser:e neue:r **Werkstudent:in (all genders)** im **Metadata Management**. Die Position ist **ab sofort** verfügbar.
Abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation erhältst Du bei einem Bachelorstudium einen Bruttostundenlohn in Höhe von 13,50€ und bei einem Masterstudium 14,00€.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Informationen, wie Künstlername, Songtitel, Komponisten und Rechteinhaber:in (Labelcopies) zu neuen Veröffentlichungen pflegst Du in das internationale Repertoire Management System (R2) ein
- Du korrigierst bereits existierende Daten und ergänzt fehlende Labelcopies in R2
- Du stellst die Produktstammdaten (z.B. Künstlername, Produkttitel, Vertriebsgebiet, Preisgruppe) bereit und bist für die Erstanmeldung physischer Produkte für den Handel, den Vertrieb und die Produktion im hausinternen System PRO zuständig
- Du recherchierst nach Künstler:innen, Urheber:innen und Verlagen anhand von alten Aufnahmeprotokollen sowie über Online-Datenbanken (Gema, PhonoNet, Bielefelder Katalog)
- Du beantwortest telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen aller Unternehmensbereiche
- Du organisierst und kontrollierst Datenströme in Richtung aller Universal Music eigenen Websites/PhonoNet sowie externer Partner:innen
**Diese Anforderungen erfüllst Du**:
- Du studierst Medienmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikations
- oder Musikwissenschaften oder Du kannst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation nachweisen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken mit
- Deine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Dein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft helfen Dir bei der Umsetzung Deiner Aufgaben
- Idealerweise bringst Du gute Repertoire Kenntnisse mit
