We are currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Human Resources Team.

Job Title: Head of HR

Location: Meinerzhagen, Germany

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with corporate strategy
- Manage employee relations by addressing requests, complaints or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, interface with external suppliers Create a communication network with schools and universities Preparation of contracts
- Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation and retention
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
- Maintain compensation plan and benefits program Support the management control in the preparation of the budget
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance

**Technical Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in HR
- Knowledge of German employment law and local HR best practices
- Degree in Law or Economics or similar field

- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- German
- English
- Preferable knowledge of Italian language
