Unser dynamisches Marketingteam ist das kreative Herzstück von HiSolutions. Mit innovativen Ideen und strategischem Geschick gestalten wir die Markenpräsenz und Kommunikation unseres Unternehmens. Wir suchen eine enthusiastische Verstärkung, die mit uns zusammen konkrete Marketingideen entwickelt und umsetzt.

**Freue Dich auf spannende Aufgaben.**:

- Entwickle visuelle Bewegtbild-Konzepte, Layouts, Storyboards und neue Videoideen für unsere Kommunikationskanäle in interdisziplinären Teams
- Spiele eine entscheidende Rolle in sämtlichen Phasen der Medienproduktion, von der Planung und Durchführung der Dreharbeiten bis hin zur Postproduktion, einschließlich Editing, Grading und Sounddesign
- Bringe eigene Ideen mit ein und erweitere dein Skillset
- Unterstütze das Team bei weiteren Marketingaktivitäten und erfahre wie verschiedene Marketingmaßnahmen über mehrere Kanäle hinweg gebündelt werden können

**Damit überzeugst Du uns.**:

- Leidenschaft für diverse Aspekte der Bewegtbilderstellung sowie Interesse an einer Vielzahl von Medien und Formaten (Livestreams, VOD/Podcasts, Animationen, Social Media)
- Gute Fähigkeiten im Editing (vorzugsweise mit DaVinci Resolve oder Premiere) sowie geübter Umgang in der Adobe CC (insbesondere After Effects)
- Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung von 3D-Inhalten und -Animationen von Vorteil
- Gutes Gespür für Timing und ein Auge für Details sowie Lust, eigenständig an der Kamera zu arbeiten
