**Wen suchen wir?**:
Für unsere JOBLINGE Dachorganisation suchen wir im Rahmen des Projekts work4u** **am Standort Essen** ab sofort eine*n **working student (10 Std./Woche) **(m/w/divers).**

**Was genau ist work4u?**:
Mit der Initiative work4u unterstützen wir Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine beim Eintritt in den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Arbeit sorgt nicht nur für ein finanzielles Auskommen, sondern ist auch ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Integration in eine Gesellschaft: Spracherwerb, soziale Beziehungen bis hin zu der Möglichkeit, sich ein selbstbestimmtes Leben in Deutschland aufzubauen.

**Was sind deine Aufgaben?**:
Du unterstützt in der Kommunikation mit Geflüchteten in der Region sowie deutschlandweit.
Du nutzt von uns zur Verfügung gestelltes Material, um Geflüchtete bei der beruflichen Orientierung zu unterstützen.
Du unterstützt bei dem Ausfüllen von Anträgen und bei der Recherche von aufkommenden (Alltags-) Fragen.
Du begleitest punktuell Geflüchtete bei behördlichen Gängen, um sie sprachlich zu unterstützen und ggf. zu übersetzen.
Du hast die Möglichkeit auch bei der Erstellung von interessanten Workshops für die Geflüchteten zu berufsrelevanten Themen deine Kreativität und dein (interkulturelles) Wissen einzubringen.

**Was du mitbringen solltest**:
Du bringst ukrainische und/ oder russische Sprachkenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau B2 mit.
Du befindest dich in einem wirtschafts-, sozial
- oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Studium und möchtest Praxiserfahrung in einer innovativen bundesweiten gemeinnützigen Initiative sammeln.
Du hast Freude an einer wertschätzenden und einfühlsamen Arbeit mit geflüchteten Personen.
Du bringst gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit.
Du verfügst über hohe Eigenmotivation, eine präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude an einer Dienstleistungstätigkeit.
Du hast ein Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation.
