**TEAMLEADER KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALISTS (INSIDE SALES) M/F/d**
**JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Leadership and People Management**:
You provide direction and vision by empowering and motivating direct and indirect reports to achieve success. Foster a strong desire to succeed through actively managing performance, attracting new and developing existing talents. Create an environment where everyone is enabled to perform to the best of their abilities by giving and receiving feedback, as well as challenging and coaching direct reports and team overall. Be a role model by embracing and promoting change.
**Service Execution**:
On the operational side you oversee executing the contracted service solutions for the key accounts assigned to you, aiming at achieving our service KPIs. You actively cooperate with the customer's local level stakeholder in a highly professional and efficient manner, thus meeting the high service expectations of our key accounts. You will be the escalation point in case your team members can't resolve a case, challenge, enquiry, or complaint.
**Business Performance Insights**:
You consolidate and analyze information received from your team (on service performance, service quality as well as market trends, leads, business potential etc.) and share this with our Key Account Executives.
**Digital adoption**:
You support ONE's digital transformation by utilizing and promoting our e-commerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable and relevant to your tasks and responsibilities.
**REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- A minimum of at least 5 years of work experience in professional shipping within Inside Sales/Key Account
- Broad shipping knowledge
- Leadership experience
- Analytical & Strategic skills
- Business fluent in English and local language
- Personality with high agility in the areas of people, change and growth mentality
- Strong communicator with influencing skills & inspiring personality
- Broad cross functional and commercial mind-set & knowhow
