Ihre Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner für die Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Bewerbungsmanagement von der Anzeige über das Führen der Vorstellungsgespräche bis hin zur Einstellung inklusive der Erstellung sämtlicher vertraglicher Unterlagen
- Betreuung der Mitarbeiter vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt in sämtlichen personellen Angelegenheiten
- Organisation und Abwicklung des Zeitarbeitspersonals
- Strategische und konzeptionelle Mitarbeit zur Optimierung der HR Organisation sowie die Unterstützung bei HR Projekten

Unsere Anforderungen
- Herzblut und Engagement, Integrität, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einen professionellen Arbeitsstil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal, Wirtschafts-/ Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement mit strategischen bzw. beratenden Aufgaben sowie Kenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit andere Menschen mitzureißen und zu motivieren
- Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke
