**Für das Gebiet**:
**Großraum Berlin**
**Ihre Aufgabe**:
- Als Trainer/in übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Sell-Out Betreuung und die strategische Weiterentwicklung von ca. 80 Kunden in Ihrer Region.
- Sie schulen diese Kunden (online & offline) in allen Themen rund um das Produktsortiment und begeistern sie für aktive Beratung und Empfehlung.
- Sie unterstützen den Abverkauf (Sell-Out) mit Promotion-Aktivitäten am Point of Sale und stellen sicher, dass das Produktsortiment entsprechend der Merchandisingpläne im Regal platziert ist.
- Sie sind in ständigem Austausch mit Ihren Vertriebskollegen und sorgen gemeinsam bei diesen Kunden für attraktive Zweitplatzierungen und Dekorationen.
- Weiterhin führen Sie Hotelschulungen für mittelgroße Gruppen durch und organisieren Kundenevents.
- Bei Fragen zu Produkten und Vermarktung sind Sie Ansprechpartner/In für Ihre Kunden im Gebiet sowie für interne Mitarbeiter.
**Ihr Profil**:
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Trainingsbereich, idealerweise im Vertriebskanal Apotheke
- Erfahrung in Beratung und Verkauf hochwertiger Kosmetik
- Souveränes Auftreten sowie starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Organisationstalent und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Mobilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2-3 Übernachtungen/Woche)
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
- PKW-Führerschein
- Der ideale Wohnort ist der Großraum Berlin
