We are looking for you to join our Digital Solutions & Requirements team in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg or completely remote (based in Germany). 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity and charging infrastructure. **Your mission**:

- Supporting the Digital Solutions team in the preparation of make or buy decisions from the start to the implementation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify the best scalable solutions
- Researching software solutions and comparing them based on the derived requirements
- Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the existing system landscape in Germany and abroad
- Preparing meetings, slide decks and data analyses (business case, user adoption)

**Your profile**:

- You are enrolled at a university and can contribute 20 hours per week
- You are studying Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course of studies
- You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
- You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team
- You are interested in familiarizing yourself with various topics and are willing to own your own projects
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
