**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Für die jeweilig zugewiesenen Kunden Anfragen entgegennehmen, Erfüllungsmöglichkeiten zusammen mit Produktionsplanung und ggf. dem Kunden abstimmen. Abgestimmte Kundenanfragen zur Kalkulation an den Teamleiter übergeben.
- Für vorabgestimmte und kalkulierte Kundenanfragen die Angebotsunterlagen erstellen und versenden, bzw. durch den Sachbearbeiter Verkauf /Auftragsbearbeitung sicherstellen.
- Kundenaufträge entgegennehmen und im System anlegen und die Abfüllung der Produkte entsprechend der Auftragsbedingungen disponieren.
- Rechnungen und Materialbilanzen erstellen.
- Rechnungen im System (OHM) vorbereiten und nach Erhalt der PO/Produzierte Mengen legen.
- Bestände überwachen und bei Abweichungen diese nach Abstimmung mit Kunden, Produktion und Geschäftsleitung korrigieren.
- Wareneingangs-, Warenausgangs
- und Produktionsbuchungen der Materialien und Produkte nach Vorgaben im System durchführen.
- Umetikettierung durchführen.
- Bei Inventuren mitarbeiten.
- Nach Vorgabe und bei Bedarf Langzeitlieferanten-Erklärungen erstellen.
- Das Claimhandling zusammen mit QMB und PQC durchführen sowie ggf. Retouren bearbeiten.
- Statistiken, Trail-Dokumente u. ä. nach Vorgabe führen, diese bei Bedarf und nach Vorgabe auswerten.
**Ihr Profil**:
- kaufmännische 3jährige Berufsausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Computer mit Standard
- und Spezialsoftware
- kommunikationsfähige Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
