**What you'll do**

As a working student in the Global CSR Team, you will support the team in developing and executing the CSR strategy and measuring the social impact of the CSR portfolio. You will work closely with the team to ensure that strategic communication is executed effectively, and to support the successful operation of global CSR activities.

Some concrete tasks include:

- Assist with the development of CSR strategy, including conducting research and analysis on social and environmental issues, identifying key stakeholders, and contributing to strategy development
- Support the creation of strategic communication materials, including presentations, reports, and other materials, ensuring the highest attention to detail and accuracy
- Support the develop and implementation of a social impact measurement framework for the entire CSR portfolio, including defining metrics, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Conduct research and analysis on various CSR-related topics, including best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory developments, and provide summaries and insights to the team
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes, and follow up on action items as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee tracking
- Help maintain databases and other tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Support other ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department

The preferred start date for the position is as early as possible with 20 hours per week during the semester and desired expanding up to 40 hours per week during non-lecture period. (Minimum availability should be for at least two semesters)

**Required Competencies**:

- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex tasks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- First knowledge of social entrepreneurship is a plus, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and interpret data from multiple sources

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as political science, sociology, economics, or related fields
First knowledge in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution
We appreciate any mix of previous work, intern and volunteer experience in either a nonprofit and civil society organization or within the corporate sector, more specifically with marketing or communications.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
