**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a **JUNIOR BRAND CONCEPT DESIGNER (F/M/D)** you get the chance to pro-actively drive the assigned marketing projects in a conceptual way. Your role will be to ensure high quality concept creation. Transforming facts, statements, and content into strong and powerful concepts with outstanding layouts and intuitive PowerPoint designs will be your daily routine. Furthermore, as a person thinking outside the box, your role will be to push limits and manifest creative designs to develop strong concepts which ensure brand awareness and high standards for our local and global partners. In this role you will actively...
- **
Design.** Create high quality, creative and innovative brand concepts, and presentations.
- ** Change.** Transform** **existing content into meaningful, well-structured, and state-of-the-art designed PowerPoint presentations.
- ** Implement.** Prepare various PowerPoint templates, to be used internally and externally.
- ** Structure**. Be responsible for creating, designing, and updating presentations for internal and external usage.
- ** Control**. Independently lead assigned tasks and project parts while making sure that the Head of Brand Concepts is always updated.
- ** Be valued driven.** Act unexpected, united, exclusive, passionate, and unique.
**WHO YOU ARE**:

- **
Experienced. **You bring 1-2 years professional experience in in the field of graphic design or conceptual planning or equivalent combination of education (Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of design/graphic design or marketing/communication).
- ** Skilled.** You bring excellent Power Point skills and, ideally, of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Additionally, you bring great presentation skills.
- ** Detail-**oriented.** You have a strong eye for design, and you are a detail-oriented person.
- ** Communicative.** **You speak fluent English, and you are very good in German.
- ** Focused. **You can manage your time effectively, are able to multitask and you are great in meeting deadlines.
- ** Team player.** You are an open and friendly personality who acts as a true team player and do not mind sharing responsibility with different groups of people.
- ** Passionate.** You have a passion for sports, culture, and sustainability.
