Your Tasks
- Evaluation and implementaton of novel coating processes for metal stack components to mitigate PEM eletrolysis stack degradation
- Design, execution and evaluation of experimental analysis on coated PEM eletrolysis components, cells and stacks
- Investigation of physicochemical properties of developed coatings with suitable analysis methods
- Initiate, develop and manage R&D projects with external industry and research partners
- Qualification of coating processes and materials for an implementation in our products

Your Profile
- University degree (minimum master) in chemistry, physics, materials science, engineering or related disipline
- Several years of professional experience in industrial thin film technologies (e.g. CVD, PVD, ALD, galvanic deposition)
- Profound knowledge of experimental characterization methodes for long-term stability investigatons of coatings
- Expert knowledge on electrochemical, chemical and mechanical degradation effects and mechnanism of coated metal interfaces in electrochemical energy conversion cells/stacks
- Expertise in electrochemical meausurement methods is an advantage
