Ukio’s mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want.

We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc. giving choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.

We are a Barcelona based startup with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin and Paris and soon we will conquer some more cities across Europe

Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, the next year will be a critical phase in our growth as we look to further build out our team and expand into multiple new markets. We have successfully raised a Series A investment round that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe.

**Role |**:
We are seeking an B2B Junior Partnership Coordinator with some previous experience in sales to join the B2B team in Berlin. This role will help growing the relationships with companies in the Berlin market, making them stronger and growing our B2B business.

**Responsibilities |**:

- You will be helping on the demand through Corporate and Institutional partnerships
- You will play a key role to ensure that we meet our occupancy and revenue goals by sourcing and converting B2B partners in new customers both locally and internationally.
- You will be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.

**About you |**:

- You have studied a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Marketing or related.
- Experience in communication and customer relationship management.
- You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- You consider yourself a good salesperson and you are comfortable making cold calls with excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- You are very responsible and highly motivated to work in sales
- English level C1 and Spanish
- Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
- Confident with working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable performing in a start-up environment
