**YOUR ROLE**:

- Support internal and external technical requests, product evaluations and must-win projects
- Write customer-ready reports under minimum supervision for the field Sales/TCS teams, Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing, Product Development, Innovations or project team
- Responsible for documentation of the performed lab activities in lab TCS databases and other systems
- Communicate and collaborate with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs or project team under guidance
- Support Root Cause Analysis on all product performance related complaints if and when they arise
- Run and upkeep laboratory equipment, support ongoing standardization, harmonization, and administration of laboratory test methods

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Completed vocational training as a Lab Technician (d/f/m)
- Preferably relevant experience working in a lab either with Adhesives or knowledge in packaging & labeling product design or manufacturing
- Passion to support customers requests and evolving needs
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Good team player able to work in an international and cross-functional team
- Agility and flexibility towards shifting priorities and new customer requirements
- Good attention to details for lab work accuracy
- Good level of English and fluent German language skills
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
