Meaningful Work From Day One

Working under the management of the Global Account Manager Heinemann, this position will be responsible for providing support to maximize value and commercial impact through different day to day management of all travel

retail activities in the Heinemann Global Account. You will collaborate with our Global Travel Retail Teams in different locations and all departments: Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and other stakeholders in the domestic markets of the EMEAI region.

As Commercial Coordinator, you will hold responsibility for supporting the Global Account Manager of Heinemann with the control and management of different processes & handling customer requests to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will control & process customer invoices and execute administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings for exhibitions and organize incentive trips. You will be responsible to implement and update the Masta Data Pool with Heinemann and will be the main contact for this tool for all internal and external questions.

Key tasks will include coordinating the supply chain stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery process of our products to Heinemann. Be involved in the demand planning process and work with all parties to facilitate the solution of any supply issues. Work in the account on the set up of the product listings, providing updated product information and material for the account. The role will collaborate with European Regional Managers GTR and local management teams to support the expansion and growth of the Account and to achieve the commercial plans for the region.

What You Can Expect
- Work with internal stakeholders to manage and issue certificates to enable sales of B-F Brands in the markets where Heinemann operates
- Work with the different external and internal stakeholders in the supply chain (Demand Planner, Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain etc) to solve supply issues for the account.
- Identify and exploit business development opportunities to optimize processes and create efficiencies in the account.
- Work with the Field Sales Specialist and Customer Marketing to support with the execution of agreed activations to achieve regional goals in the assigned territory
- Supervision of Master Data Handling - keep the Data Pool updated (integration of new products, update of packshots and product descriptions) Filling the master Date Files for new listed products.
- Collaborate and align with the local team to create synergies and maximize collaboration between B-F GTR and Local Economy
- Help with the processing invoices issued by Heinemann for commercial agreements.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or finance, and 2-3 years sales experience
- A team player supportive to all functions, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent spoken and written English and German
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fully literate in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google)
- Willing to travel (Min 10% of time)
