We are currently looking for the **Head of GSE & Tools Business Management (d/f/m) **to join our team **“GSE & Tools Product Management” **in **Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, Germany.**

You will lead a team of 7 Product managers with the aim of proactively offering and delivering tools packages to our customers to prepare them for the EIS (Entry-Into-Service) of their aircrafts, collect customer pain points and feedback as well as building a close collaboration with all customer facing teams to drive sales and order intake as per our ambitions. You will be joining an End to End GSE (Ground Support Equipment) & Tools community of more than 100 people located in the EU and worldwide.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**

**Team Management**
- You will lead, motivate and guide a team of autonomous and knowledgeable product managers. The team has established agile and self-empowered principles.

**Tool Packages**
- Proactively make recommendations and build commercial offers in collaboration with Sales to provide initial provisioning solutions (and other) to our customers during EIS of new A/C programmes
- Deliver on commitments once Commercial Offers are converted into POs
- Drive automation and efficiency in operational tasks

**Drive Sales & order intake for Tools sales, lease and repair**
- You and your team will act as product focal point for other customer facing teams such as the Sales Community & CS community (CSDs, Field service, GAM, Material Support Director), market product managers and others
- Product escalation (2nd level) for customer requests / pain points (decisions based on P&L)
- CSIP: Identify potential improvements from customer feedback, jointly define regional requirements and prioritize with relevant stakeholders in the E2E value stream

**Road to Market**
- You will jointly define and drive the road to market strategy for new opportunities and services developed within the E2E Value stream

This role will involve some travel for business, approximately once a month, within Europe and occasionally worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

**ABOUT YOU**

Equipped with a Degree in Aeronautical or Business Administration (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally in leading a team, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

- Promote an agile and collaborative approach, lead by example
- People focused in a multicultural environment
- Ensure team spirit and motivation within the team but also throughout the whole department and the value stream
- Ability to take decisions in an uncertain environment
- Stakeholder management and networking skills (internal and external) from operational to executive level

- Language: English language skills at negotiation level; German or other languages would be a plus
